9:30 AM: Keynote: The Trust Threshold - The Invisible Line Between "I'll Think About It" and "I'm Ready to Sign"
Nearly every moving company promises the same things: great service, experienced crews, careful handling, and competitive pricing. Yet customers consistently choose one company over another - often before price ever enters the conversation.
So, what makes the difference?
This interactive session from Heather Haas, CEO of ADVISA, explores how trust influences buying decisions. Participants will explore three types of trust - character trust, communication trust, and competence trust - and learn key trust building behaviors to help buyers feel safe and certain about saying yes.
