Van Line Summit & Awards Gala

The van line has established a special conference rate; to be granted the rate, hotel reservations must be made through the link below. Attendees may enter, modify, and cancel their own reservations through the link. All reservations must be made by Monday, February 5, 2024. Rooms within the van line block are limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis even prior to the cut-off date.

As you make your travel plans, please note (all times Pacific Time):

Arrival

• The first session begins Wednesday with breakfast at 8:30 AM for those participating in the morning workshops.

• The first general session, the General Session, begins Wednesday at 1 PM.

Departure

• The final events of Gala are the Thursday Awards Dinner and After-Party, which last from 5:30-8:30 PM and from 9-11 PM.
