2026 Sales Training & Summit
The van line has established a special conference rate of $209/night at The Bottleworks Hotel from Monday, November 9, 2026 to Thursday, November 12, 2026.
To be granted the group rate, hotel reservations must be made through the link below or by calling The Bottleworks at 317-548-2001 and mentioning the Wheaton | Bekins Sales Training & Marketing Summit. Attendees may enter, modify, and cancel their own reservations through the link. All reservations must be made by Monday, October 12, 2026. Rooms within the van line block are limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis even prior to the cut-off date.

The first event is Registration / Breakfast on Tues., Nov. 10 from 8-9 am ET, with the keynote beginning immediately after the meal.
Departure

The final event of STMS is the Wednesday, Nov. 11 Dinner, which lasts until 9 PM.
2027 Van Line Summit & Awards Gala
The van line has established a special conference rate of $239/night plus resort fee at the Wild Dunes Resort from Thursday, February 11, 2027 to Sunday, February 22, 2027.
To be granted the group rate, hotel reservations must be made individually by logging on to Hyatt.com and referring to the Wheaton | Bekins Van Line Summit & Awards Gala. Attendees may enter, modify, and cancel their own reservations through the link. All reservations must be made by Monday, January 25, 2027. Rooms within the van line block are limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis even prior to the cut-off date.

The first optional event is a Group Outing on Tues., Feb. 16. Reservations must be made by January 25, 2027.

If sufficient sponsors sign on at the Pinnacle level, a Welcome Reception that will take place from 6-9 PM on Tues., Feb. 16.

If sufficient sponsors are not found for a Tuesday evening welcome reception, the first session will commence Wednesday with breakfast at 8:30 AM.
Departure

The final events of Gala are the Thurs., Feb. 18 Awards Dinner and After-Party, which last from 6-9 PM and from 9-11 PM.
